Have to say this was probably my least favorite of all in this series. I'm not a huge fan of kids in my stories to begin with, but I do make exceptions from time to time. Yes, the kids were cute here, but at times, I was thinking the guys were going to have to call the Supernanny. They were really running these men ragged at times. Anyhoo, the story is mostly surrounding the guys all adjusting to life with kids. If you've read this series, you'll understand about the parental visits from beyond. I enjoyed them, the first few times, but when the same thing kept happening with different visits to each guy, it got very repetitive, and I was ready to move on.
Near the end, when Mateo goes back to work, the story finally seems to be going in a direction that could be a set up for the next book. Other than a few random events, such as the strange things going on with the black magic, this new character introduced seems to be the way things are headed. I'm looking forward to seeing if that's the case. There are an insane number of characters in this series, and I will admit that I never remember who everyone is. This installment gave me a little more trouble with this than any of the previous ones, but I'm still really enjoying it and am eager for the next one.
